I am using the mbsacli.exe utility to scan a Windows NT 4.0 server.
The command line I use is as follows:

mbsacli -HF -v -s 1

The error I recieve is as follows:

Information
Error: 801 - No XML was loaded for the language of the machine.

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

Please ensure that all of the System Requirements have been met as called
out in the MBSA Help file. Depending on the situation, these may include
enabling the Workstation, Server, Remote Registry and File and Print sharing
services - and ensuring that the administrative shares are enabled (C$, D$,
etc.). You will also need to have internet connectivity so the MSSecure.XML
file can be downloaded. See the MBSA FAQ for how to download this file if
you are not connected to the internet or are in a secure environment that
may require proxy authentication.
