Error 1304 Access Problem... HELP!!!

Hi there,

I'm getting an access error suggesting that I dont have
sufficient rights to a certain foler (C:\WINDOWS\INF)
while trying to install a Bluetooth USB adapter.

I have opened this folder independantly of the installer
and found that although it is not read only, i still cant
right to it??

Any ideas? Do I need to get additional rights on my own
computer????

are you local administrator on your PC where (when) you are trying to
install USB Bletooth?

No its logged on as Default. I dont know how to get on as
a local administrator!
