I am using Internet Explorer and Windows 98. I got the
usual Microsoft Update screen, yesterday, telling me there
was a critical update available for my IE. Dont remember
what version I was using, but I upgraded to version 6.
Now, the cipher is set to 0-bit. I used to be able to pay
my credit card online (which I believe requires 128-bit
encryption), but I can no longer access that screen
because of security reasons. How do I change the cipher or
whatever it is I need to change to get back to the
security level I had before this update? Thanks for your
help.
