I've been bombarded with virus attacks using attachments
from supposedly microsoft emails for upgrades/patches.
99% of all these emails are sent to me via bcc: and not
the to: or cc:. I can't figure out how to setup an
Outlook rule that blocks all emails to me via bcc. There
are templates for to: and cc:, non for bcc:. Need MS free
engineering know how.

You should not be seeing a Bcc: list; I have seen a very lengthy one from
broken spamware. AFAIK, when the software works properly, you only know that
it was Bcc: when the recipient is not you, and the rule would probably be
something like, "Where the To: line contains people", and add your email
address, then click the "Options" button and change the rule to "NOT".
