I have received emails like this lately. The attachment that was deleted was
called q340676.exe. I cannot find this article in the KB. Looks like a hoax.
I thought that somebody from MS should know.

this is a VIRUS. Don't open this mail and delete immediatly.

MS don't send any email to his customer without any request (technical
support...)
