You have one of those firewalls that likes to keep advertising the fact that
it is doing what you got it for.
Tell it to shut up.
Really - you can't keep from being hit from stuff from outside. The
firewall is doing what it is supposed to do--keeping it out. Tell it not to
talk to you, you're a busy person, and the continual chit-chat is annoying!
Maybe there's something more to this--I've not worked with a firewall that
did this--but that's my take on it.
