Dssagent.exe messing with my shutdown??

Iam using windows ME and noticed that my shutdown takes
forever. But when I <CNTRL ALT Delete> and END task for
HOTKEYS,and MACROS... then RETRY shutdown... which works.
I noticed that DSSAGENT.exe is running...used MCAFEE to
delete it. But like a bimble it came back? What is
DSSAgent??

DSSAgent is a spyware product of Broderbund Software. It will slow your
computer down and possibly prevent a timely shutdown since the computer is
very busy sending out DNS requests. Get rid of it! Get Lavasoft AdAware
and have it delete this mess. Read about it DSSAgent here:
