Digital Signature

I work for a large pharmaceutical company. We are co-
promoting a product with another pharmaceutical company.
I want to create a form that will allow reviewers from
both companies to sign and verify that they either
accepted or rejected revisions to a file. I would like to
be able to e-mail the form (since both companies are in
different cities). Is there any way the reviewers can
sign a form and also have it certified?

Barbara, what do you mean by form. You can use CAPICOM
(http://download.microsoft.com) for many of these types of situations.
