Deny group access, Allow specific group members

I have a shared folder, which I want to deny write access
to a specific workgroup of about 250 users. However, at
the same time, I need to grant write access to 5 of the
members in this group.

How can I do this without removing these 5 members from
the workgroup?

You have to remove them from the group otherwise they will more than likely not be
able to have write access. In W2K the exception is that an explicit allow overrides a
inherited deny permission. --- Steve
