The problem you will encounter is that each profile is ACL'd for the
specific user as well as the private keys DPAPI protected, and you will not
have permissions, even as admin to enumerate each of those profiles. So,
no, I don't know of a tool to do this at it would require changing to
security of the user profiles to enable it.
