Hello

We are planning for a new domain and Cert. Services placement question
appeared.
What are pros and cons about placing it on a DC (Windows 2003 Server R2)?

Can't find much info on this in MS whitepapers etc.
It is only clear that all Domain Admins group will have access to CA, which
may be not absolutely desirable.

Thanks,

In general, it is a bad idea. Once you install Certificate Services, you
cannot change the computer name, you cannot change the domain
membership. Typically, people want to move it off of the DC after a few
years pass.
I would never recommend it.
