the problem instead of whining? You wouldnt happen to work for their
competiton by any chance?

I've said the same thing to another person I'm going to
say to you, unless you have proof absolute they are doing
this on purpose. you are opening yourself to libel suit
by posting your personal experiences on a public board.
and this is not the proper forum for your complaint.
This deals with security and Microsoft products, not
general merchandise and bad company habits.
