Some Internet Service Providers "bundle" Broadjump software, this may be
your case. The executable that you refer to is also known as: "motive" or
"bjcfd.exe".

Scroll to the "bjcfd.exe" entry.
You may fully delete all of the application first through Add/Remove Programs and
then
run SpyBot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.
