Blaster worm +xp

I have xp home edition. When I try to install the patch
this message pops up : "Setup could not verify the
integrity of the file update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer.

My sister's computer is having the same problem too. She
has the lovsan virus and i tried installing the patch and
got the same message.
