I recently used the tool to analyze my computer and when it
was done it said I had patches that needed to be patched
that I had already out on my computer is this normal. I do
not know if I am secure or not.

I'm not from microsoft - but mine also claims I need the MSXML patch that
I applied after navigating through a maze of online help. I suggest that program
has a bug.
