Automatic Updates

Does anyone know about SUS automatic updating? I need to
get it to work reliably and also specify more details
about when it reboots and what kind of feedback the user
gets. Are these things configurable? Also, if a machine
misses its time slot, how can I get it to start the
updates when it joins the network? (Laptop users)

At the moment, its kind of working but not on all the
machines i'm testing it with. Does it contact all
machines in the OU at once, or does it do them in stages?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
