Hi All,

I am look for a way to automate sending a warning to the
user that thier account will be automaticly disabled in X
days. I know that there is the Password Expiry Warning
Application in the Exchange 200 Resource kit that will
tell you that your password will expire in X days, does
anyone know if this will work for accounts that are set
to disable on a specific day? Does anyone know if this
can be configured through a GPO? Is there a tool out
there that will do this?

TIA,
Steve Iadarola

Hi Steve,

For example, the user account password will be expired at 15th. We set the
warning in 14 days. The user will get the warning window at 1st when he
logon the computer. The warning window informs the user about his password
will be expired in 14 days and ask him whether to change the password at
that time.

Hi

Steven, Steve does not want to do this for the password part of the user
account, but for the *disable* account part. Big difference...

Hi Steve,

There has only way to set the warning window to the customer about the
password expiring in several days.

There has no exist tool which can give the customer warning window about
the account will be disabled in several days.

Thanks for using Microsoft News Group!
