This may not be a Microsoft message. Does it appear in your event logs?
Can you cut and paste the log entry, or give a clear description--eventid
number, and source, and the text?
If it is a Fiberlink-related message, and you are saying that it only comes
up while using their software to telecommute-- the first line of support
should be your office IT staff, and they are supposed to be able to escalate
the issue to Fiberlink support, judging by a quick glance at Fiberlinks web
resources.
