I recently switched isp mand they have a free antivirus andspyware software
(e-trust pest patrol) well it came up with a adawre in ma microsoft folder.
the pest was " bookmark express " is this really a adware and can i let the
software delete it because the removal tool alerted that this could have an
adverse affect on software in the same directory that the "adware was
in???????

Sorry about the bad Grammar and spelling in the first post I had just pulled
a 12 hour shift and wasn't paying attention to the typing. Anyway here is the
file that the virus scan software pulled out and suggested removing
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\bmupdate
systemroot+\bmupdate.ini
systemroot+\system32\bmupdate.exe

Thanks for the info; This was a great help. I do have a visioneer scanner but
I rarely use it. if this does effect the driver updates i will manually check
for driver updates at their website.
