Sorry, could anyone tell my how the process to get the password of the
administrator

when you are the USER permission have to access to the Network

So my qustion could we get the password of the Admin which we access as

a User?

and if so, please tell how?

The usual method is:

1. Successfully apply for the job as Administrator.

An alternative is:

2. Ask the Administrator for the password.

If you merely need local administrator access to a box you can't login too,
there are dozens of SAM DB crackers out there that boot into both a DOS, or a
Linux shell interface that will allow you to reset the password.

If you are trying to gain administrative access to a LAN you are on via AD
and trying to get Domain Admin rights, that is a much tougher battle. You
would need an LDAP cracker tool and physical access to a Domain Controller.
