I installed RS and IIS and then issued the following in the URL :
http://localhost/Reportserver only to receive what I pasted below. Is that
what I am suppose to see ? If not, whats missing ?

Yes lot of fantastic tutorials are there with step by step instructions.
check in SQL SERVER Online help, MSDN, there are foremost but check in
databasejournal site as well, you have very good tutorials.
