I spent all day yesterday working on a newsletter that I need to open and
print for a client. When I went today to do some final editing, I kept
getting a "microsoft publisher has encountered some problems & needs to
close" then, after getting that fixed, I went to open my file, & it says
"publisher cannot open the file" but it does open other files.

I tried it on my laptop too & the same thing "encountered problems & needs
to close" My desktop does not have any viruses, & my laptop isn't even
connected to the internet.

Please help!!!

Hi JoAnn,

In your first post you gave me an address to email: jl dot paules. is that
a dot paules or jl underscore paules?

I really appreciate that you're trying to help me out here. Because of the
confusion above, I'm not sure where to email you. I sent it the first time
to the jl dot paules, and just tried again to the jl underscore paules. Is
there a way to have a private chat through these boards?

Huh?!? It's exactly as she typed it - jl followed by a dot (i.e. a
period/full stop) - I don't know where on earth you got an underscore from -
at (the @ sign) gmail dot (another full stop/period) com. Is that clearer?

You can also send it to me - sarah (dot) balfour (at) craigy34 (dot)
freeserve (dot) co (dot) uk (and if you can't figure that out, then there
really is no hope! ;o) <eg>)

Private chat?! This is Usenet, not a chatroom. If you cannot figure out an
email address, then there really is no hope!

I know what she meant. She said she didn't receive it
when I sent it, & her email address that posted on this
message had an underscore. I just wanted to make sure I
got the right one. Sheesh.

JoAnn, I'm going to resend it to jl.paules@gmail.com
