I think I have worked around it. I have a laptop and a
desktop computer. I have Pub 2003 on the laptop and Pub
2002 on the desktop. The desktop has the printer. I copied
the Pub 2003 to CD to transfer to the Desktop and print.
I was trying to modify the document with Pub 2002 and
print it off and encountered these problems.
I later just attached the laptop to the printer. (I could
not do this before because the laptop, in another room,
was tied to phone line doing long download). The document
with the jpg printed off fine.
Thanks,
Susan
