how do I remove the text boxes so they won't show. I need to email the
document and the text boxes are yet appearing on document. I don't want them
to show once I have completed the document.

They wouldn't show in an email if you are sending the publication in the body of
the post. The only time the text box lines show is when you send the Publisher
file as a .pub. Even then you can turn the boundaries and guides off by
ctrl+shift+O or View menu, uncheck boundaries and guides.
