    - Lame Question: Creating graphics links that a user can "copy short Hello, I want to add the small orange "RSS" graphic to my web page to allow my readers to click on it as part of the process of subscribing to my Rss feed. If I add a piece of text to my web page and then assign a hyperlink to that piece of text pointing to myfeed.rss, then when my user right-clicks on this link, they will be given the option to "Copy Shortcut," which they can then paste into their Rss Reader. And this works fine, except the link is text and I want the standard orange graphic. However, if I add this graphic to my page and assign it a hyperlink to myfeed.rss, then when my user right-clicks on this link, they no longer have the option to "Copy Shortcut." When my user right clicks on this link they get: - Save Background as ... - Set as Background - Copy Background - Set as Desktop Item - Select All - Create Shortcut - Add to Favorites - View Source - Encoding - Print - Refresh - Properties Everyplace on the web when I encounter the standard orange "RSS" button, when I right-click on the button, I get the "Copy Shortcut" option.     - Can't find Publisher Templates I cannot find my templates in Publisher 2003. I have not changed the default location in Word, I have reinstalled Office 2003 through advanced install and chosen everything but I still have no templates, not even a template link in the task pane. I saved a test publication as a template and it went into the template folder, closed out of Publisher and when I came back in, still nothing to do with templates in the task pane but the template I saved is in the templates folder, just no way to use it without opening and using the original, which sort of defeats the purpose of templates. I'm more than frustrated as I have been searching for over two hours on MS knowledge data base, called 'Customer Support' (NOT) only to be told that my product key doesn't even cover me for one simple help issue, etc. I'm hoping someone in the newsgroup can help me solve this.     - Cannot create custom borders Users cannot create custom borders in Publisher 2000. Admins can. So I looked after admin created a custom border and the location it created it was c:\program files\microsoft office\office\pubbrd. The permissions on this directory do not allow users to write to it. So being the genious that I am I gave them the write attribute and now no one can create custom boarders because it says "permissions on the directory have been changed. Try running setup again." I changed the permissions back but this doesn't fix it. I'm trying a reinstall of Office disk 2 because that's what I've read on the boards. How do I give permissions to users so they can create custom boarders in Publisher. From what I've been reading this is a problem but there are no answers. Come on MS help out here.     - Calendar Design I have Publisher 2000 and 2003. I want to do a Calendar which will be printed on 11x17 paper in booklet form. That is, one 8 1/2 by 11 page (with picture) is on top when opened and the other, with the calendar is on the bottom. I can get a "book fold" for an 11 x 17 but only 'sideways' - like a book. When I try to change the dimensions and/or the landscape/portrait, it won't just 'turn' the page but tries to make a long, narrow 'book.' Is there any way around this other than my turning everything on its side myself? Hmm, maybe I could turn my monitor on the side?? Suggestions? Copy it to movable media and save it someplace else. Just bne sure
that it has been copied to a hard drive before you try to open it...

I tried saving it to my flash drive. It saves as a regular publisher file,
not a template. Any other suggestions? Thanks
