? start booklet page numbers at a specific page

I need page 2 of my booklet to be numbered page 1 ie I don't want the
numbering to start on the front cover but on the inside page. Using
Publisher 2003. Thanks for any help. Liz

or treat the covers as a separate doc, which I almost always do.

I also did this - but now I have a printer which can print the first page
from a different tray and this makes a single document desirable.

However the Broadgun pdf machine will concatanate pdf's - so you could
create a pdf of the cover and one of the body and concatantate them. This
might also help if the printer driver does not have a 'change tray after the
cover' facility. Then print from Adobe Reader.
