slow loading

I recently started using Publisher and it really is slow loading and shutting
down. All my other functions are O.K. Does anyone have any suggestions that
I can try to speed up the program?

Try defragging your disk? (Note: The Windows XP defrag isn't terribly good,
you're best off using a third-party application. Unfortunately, all of these
that I know of are paid-for. I use PerfectDisk from Raxco Software.)
