I have MS Publisher 2007 and have downloaded the MS pdf add-in.

I have several 4-page greeting cards that I have designed, each in a
separate Publisher file. To change these to pdf files, I have to do them
individually and end up with as many individual pdf files.

Can I put all of my 4-page greeting cards onto one Publisher file, and then
convert the whole lot into one pdf file?

Anne.

Not with that add-in however if you have PrimoPDF, you can append files to
an existing ,pdf.

Hello,

Yes... I know that I cannot append the pdf files.

But is there some way of creating more than one greeting card in a Publisher
file, then I can create them all in one pdf file initially?

Hello,

Sorry... this is going to overlap...

I've just googled PrimoPDF and that looks perfect. Thank you.

PrimoPDF is a great little program. The append feature is relatively new
(maybe within last year?). I use it quite a bit to combine Word and Excel
files into one .pdf file.
