Do you mean as an attachment or in the body of the email? I'm assuming
attachment but I want to make sure.

As an attachment ( to be honest iether way would be ok) . To add to my
problem I was trying to send again this morning and I get the message on my
email ..
`this email has not been sent` which is fair enough except I dont see a
`send email` button, any ideas?
I am trying to send email from publisher not through my normal OE email.

Can you not open your email program and attach the file? Be aware if your
recipients don't have the Publisher program they will not be able to open the
file.
A PDF would be a better choice. There are many free converters around.
www.primopdf.com is one.

I could attach the file but its only some of the pages I want to send not
the full publication.
Does using the PDF converter allow me to convert at this end so that the
recipient can open and read it or does the recipient have to have the PDF
converter? I only send the reipient some of the pages for proof reading.

thanks

Your recipients only need the Acrobat Reader. Everyone has the reader or at
least everyone.

When you print to the pdf distiller it's like printing to a regular printer,
you can select which pages get pdf'ed.

I would suggest that you first acquire one of the many freeware PDf
converters available for download. They install as printer drivers, so you
can then "print" the selected page(s) you want to email, then attach the
resulting PDF(s) to your email message. This avoids your recipient needing
Publisher in order to open a file.
