    - Publisher98-Type Cut Off at Top I am running Windows XP and have loaded Publisher 98. I created an invoice for my use, however when I go to type in the information in the body of the invoice, the top of the text is "cut off".     - page numbering how can i begin page number 1 after the title page and table of contents page? The page I want to start with number 1 is selected as a new section, but no page number shows even though I selected the numbering to show on page 1 of the new section. I also get page numbering the previous section (Table of Contents page) which I do not want. What am I doing wrong? Again, I have two pages (Title and Table of Contents) that I want no page numbers on; want to begin page number 1 actually on the third page of the booklet. However, the page number 1 will not show on this page but the numbering will begin to show on the next page (as page number 2; which is right). Need direction. Thanks.     - The instruction at "0x77f58267" I have MS Publisher 2002 installed, when I change the paper size to A4 in page setup I get the message "The instruction at "0x77f58267" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the program" Then publisher closes. Can anyone help. To install the Spell Check and Hyphenation dictionary, run Publisher Setup again and choose Custom Installation.     - .tif high res save? I am baffeled as to how i may save my created bussiness card to a 300 dpi .tif . It will save as a 96 dpi by default. but my printing company said it comes out too grainy due to the low Res.     - Tabs in Pub 2000 I have lost the ability/option to use the tab key in my document. I can set the tab on the ruler, but when I use the tab key on the keyboard a space is entered.     - Getting lost in big posters Hello. When printing out a large poster made up of many pages it is very easy to get all the pages mixed up. Some may fall out of the printer on the floor etc. it then becomes tricky to assemble them, if not impossible. Is there a way to print the page number on each sub page?     - Linking images questions I am preparing my 16 page newsletter for publication on offset printing. Most images in the newsletter are jpegs, a few are TIFFs. Once I insert all the images, I will convert them all to "Process Colors: CMYK" under the "Commercial Printing Option." I have a few questions about inserting images. What is the advantage of "linking" an image instead of "embedding" it for offset printing?     - Printing out postcards... I have Windows XP & Publisher 2003. I am selecting blank postcard design with multiple copies per sheet selected (2 across & 2 down). I would like to have each one with a different picture and text. When I do this in all quadrants, it places all 4 of those in each postcard section when printing.     - AOL users not getting the picture I am writing a web site for a photo club using Publisher 97. In the beginning people on AOL complained that they could not see the pictures, only a square. I have contacted this group and I was told that I need to download service pack 1 and 2, which I did. It worked, they all now get the pictures.     - Vanishing photo Hi, I am using 98 on Windows XP. It works beautifully, except that now I want to do a cover page for my booklet. I insert the backgound graphic (a border around the outside of the page), then I insert the text. No problem. Then I try to bring in a coloured photo and everything(!) disappears. What version? In 2002 and 03, file, save as, files of type, scroll down to your
preferred graphic format. In others, select all, group, copy, open Paint or something
similar and paste.

The best way I've found is to create a "print to JPG" or "Print to
JIF" option in Windows using GhostScript.
