After pasting some text from Word in Pub I found on opening the file that
Pub gives an error on loading a font that isn't available on the computer. I
tried the build in (permanent) replacement function, but it only worked for
1 font. The second is still there. Is there another way, besides manually
overlooking the whole document, for replacing this un-available font?

Where did the text come from in Word? Publisher and Word share the same fonts. In
other words if Word is okay with the fonts, then Publisher should be too. What font
is balking?

Did you get this as a PDF? Looks like it is an Adobe font. When you open the
publication, does the font substitution dialog appear? You can change the font in
this dialog. Or select all, and use a different font.

No not PDF, it was copy and paste from an Word file.
I tried already the permanent font replacement in de dialog on loading, but
it only worked for 1 other font, still struggling now with this one. I think
it's gonna need manual solution. But how to 'search and replace' a font?

Publisher doesn't have a "search and replace" font feature. As Mary
mentioned, the only option is by using the font substitution dialog.

The best way for setting up fonts is by using a font scheme. When using a
font scheme, this allows you to essentially find and replace fonts. That is
for future reference.

I use font shemes allright, but this unrecognised font slipped in through a
Copy & Paste from a Word file. The font subtitution dialog doesn't work to
replace this font. It worked before allright on another similar example,
strange.
I already checked manually on the textboxes I recall pasting in, but can't
find back the missing font.
