I need help removing the corner angles from my custom page in publisher.
They are printing with the document. What are they really called?

I believe you are referring to the "crop marks". This feature is turned on
and off in the Print command.

Crop marks.

Go to File > Print > Advanced Print Settings and uncheck crop marks.
