Unless you have Publisher you won't be able to open it.

Choices:
Get Publisher
Have the sender use another method, i.e., convert to pdf.

Silly question. Do you mean you have Office XP Pro or Windows XP Pro? It
would have been better to tell us whether you have Publisher on your system.
