First of all I am NOT computer savvy. So talk to me like I'm stupid. ; )

I recently downloaded Office 07 trial and designed a business card. I am
having problems getting it to print correctly to Avery 28877 (they are
severely off center).

Tried to print them in Word (which I assume came with the trial) but there
is no "Tools" on the toolbar (in Word or Pub) where the
mailings/envelopes/labels drop down menu should be. When I try to open up my
business card in Word all I get is a pop-up window that reads "file
conversion" and what appears to be an encrypted version of my project.

I have an Avery button on the toolbar but all that does is supply me with
Avery blank templates. I tried giving upon my projeect and use the Avery
template but they appear to be limited in their creativity(?)

Avery was not able to help when I contacted them and suggested I contact
Canon (my printer is a Pixma MP150) and have the newest printer driver
installed. Canon replied back that there should be no problem with printing.

Tried contacting MS because if I read their language correctly, I have 90
days free support. When I enter the product code (it is correct) I am told
that this is an invalid ID. (81605-318-9013393-65171)

I may be making more out of this than I need to simply because of my limited
skills so any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you. ~Ken

Almost all Avery business cards are created equal in page setup. Just be certain
the margins are set to .75 side and .5 top, no gaps.

As for printing off center, it is a printer issue. Maybe the paper is not
positioned correctly. I know with my HP color printer I have to adjust labels
upwards, I make them all manually. You might try doing a manual setup and see if
that helps. Arrange, Layout guides, .75 sides, .5 top and bottom, grid guides,
two columns, 5 rows, no gaps.
