Use publisher designed ad in my newsletter

I have designed 2 advertisements for use in my newsletter, but I cannot find
how to insert a previously designed publisher file into another one. I can
insert from the design gallery an ad template, but I can't find a way to
insert one that I've already designed. Any help would be appriciated.

Try Copy et Paste.

Thanks for the help; while copy and paste didn't quite work, I found a way to
make it work by grouping the individual components of the ad then saving as a
picture. I then inserted the picture into my newsletter.

What went bad when you tried to group, copy, paste?
(Did you have both files opened at the same time with two separate runnings
of Publisher?)
