What is meant by "colour-seperated"?

What version Publisher are you using? Look at the Commercial Printing in the
Tools menu.

I realize that I'm a bit late coming into this, but you really do NOT
want to be printing separations from Publisher. Who ever is giving you
the test should seriously rethink the idea.
