Kia ora from kiwiana

We are trying to make a monthly email newsletter and have noted the limits
around email newsletters.

We tried converting the publisher file to pdf and it looked ok but noted
that the subsribe, unsubscribe, click here hyperlinks do not work.

Is there a way around this?

Create the newsletter in Word and then hopefully your pdf program offers an
icon on the Word Tool bar to create a pdf file.

I use PDF-XChange which will make urls and email addresses active after
converting to a pdf file.

If you create your pdf using Adobe Acrobat (not the Reader), you can have as
many active links as you wish. I have been using Microsoft Publisher for
several years producing several different newsletters.
The options are:
1. Go to a Page View
2. Open a file
3. Open a Web page
4. Custom link (never used it)
Check the links, both to web sites and to page views throughout the
newsletters on our Computer Club's page:
