I think taherte wants a template for a label that fits the DVD case movies
normally come in.
It appears a sheet of paper 7.25"x10.75" will fit nicely behind the clear
plastic front.
It is time for taherte to get the artistic juices flowing and create.

Memorex makes DVD case inserts. They are approximately 8 1/2" x 11 11/16" and
fit the Memorex DVD cases. The inserts come with software but I've found it
difficult to use.

Don Schmidt <RetiredEngineer@pnb.telco> was very recently heard to

I created a DVD project a month or so ago.

The wrap had the following (approximate) dimensions:
10.7" x 7.2"
This was divided into two panels of 5.1" x 7.2" (front and back) and a spine
of 0.55".

The booklet was printed on paper 9.4" x 7.1", and was 4.7" x 7.1" when
folded.

I'd guess that the dimensions are slightly larger in 8½ x 11 11/16 to allow
for trimming, so that you are able to print to the edge of the wrap (a white
border around the edge of a printed wrap really does look quite bad).

The dimensions for the wrap itself are correct Don. I am trying to use
Memorex Universal DVD Case Inserts, available at most office supply stores
and other places that sell computer supplies. Although the overall size of
the form is 8 1/2 x 11 11/16 it is perforated down to the size that you
specified.
