    - Print Booklet - no duplex printing capability I have used Publisher for several years as a church secretary and am familiar with booklet printing in Publisher using a duplex printer. I am now working at home and my printer does not have duplex printing capabilities. I have already prepared my son's wedding program as an 8 page booklet in Publisher. Now I'm not sure what the most efficient way to print it is. Since it's already set up as a booklet, I can't just feed them back in because of the way it sets the pages up.     - need avery 5395 and 5168 template in publisher. I am trying to create name tags for a fundraising event using publisher. Publisher is my choice because I am applying graphics and like how publisher allows you to creat a single card and then populates the template. My challenge is that my window 2003 publisher does not have avery 5395 as a template. I also need to use avery 5168 as a commorative wine label with graphics and script.     - Problem with Catalog Merge and Master pages I have a four page document set up that has a 2-page master page. The master page has mirrored margins with the inside margin at 0.5" and the outside margin at 0.125". I set up a catalog merge with the first page having 1 across and 4 down. When I go to merge the data, all my pages are numbered 1 and they all have the same margins instead of the mirrored margins for oposite pages.     - Problem with copy/paste function Hello, I've been using Publisher for 3 1/2 years - taught myself how to use it, and I've gotten fairly proficient. But, I'm having a problem that's never occured before. First off though, I am on a networked system. Most of the files I use are on the server which everyone has acccess to. We are all using the same version of Publisher (2000 v.6.0) I was given a new hard drive in June by the church board of trustees - nice, huh? It's much faster than my old one and I've had relatively few problems except for this one I'm dealing with for Publisher. Ever since getting the new drive, which has the same version of Publisher as my old drive, I have not been able to copy and paste from one Publisher document to another. I have to copy from the Publisher document, paste into a Word document, copy that and paste into the different Publisher document. I never had to do that before, and I'm guessing that it's a setting somewhere, but I can't figure out which one would have an effect on this function. II did a detect and repair, but that didn't seem to have an effect. It acts like it's copying from the first document, but when I click paste, or ctrl V, or any other copy/paste command Microsoft has, nothing shows up.     - HELP!!!! Printing only half of document. I have a booklet I have created in Publisher 2007. It is sized to be 1/2 of an 8.5" x 11" (portrait)page so I can get 2 booklets from one set of paper. The total booklet is 32 pages (8 sheets of double sided paper). When I print the document 2 sided (portrait), only half of the pages print. If I print single sided all pages print. If I print double sided landscape all pages print, however the printing is in the center of the paper and requires substantial trimming (e.g. wasted paper).     - Why does the letter "C" randomly appear when I print? I work in a restaurant and have created a floor chart using Publisher. I used rectangles for tables and little circles to represent chairs. I have noticed that when the jpg are embedded they are very clear, however when I create the link they are a tad bit fuzzy. Is this normal.     - Publisher 2003 Outside Margin Printing Problem Using Publisher 2003, my right side margin guide is set at .4". The document when printed, cuts off the text. The right side of the page leaves a margin of one inch. The text is cut off all the way down the page by one inch. This is not a problem in Word 2003. The whole text will print on the right side in Word. I want to print out to the right side edge of the page farther than one inch. The margin guide is set at .4". I am using 8.5 x 11 paper-landscape.     - print multiple DIFFFERENT labels in MS Publisher 2000 I am trying to print labels for my DVDs using MS Publisher 2000 and Avery 18167 labels (1/2 inch x 1-3/4 inches). I do NOT want to print 1 single label in the middle of the page, nor do I want to print 80 of the same label.     - printing transparency problems still In a previous post, said publisher has problems with transp. Would installing a new graphics card cause a problem. I tried using the transp. on pictures, and it still gives me the problem. It is alright till I go to print. In print preview looks fine, I haave the printer set up to have a separate print pre view, when it does that, you can see the picture is going to be blotchy.     - Making labels using mail merge, only half are printing Ok I've made some labels using mail merge with excel as the data source and when I try to print one label repeatedly on one page it prints 8 copies no problem. However, when I try to use the multiple pages per sheet I get 4 different labels on the left side and instead of labels on the right side, I get 4 text messages on the other side saying "page setup scan".     - Cannot open file I spent the best part of an afternoon editing some maps, yet Publisher 2003 kept stalling towards the end. It got to the point where I was saving it after every change but the reason it was stalling was because it was too big! I sent it to a different (read better) computer but even with the extra memory and swap file size, it couldn't open it.     - I need help with printer settings in Vista In XP, I used to be able to go into options and tell it to use print settings from document or from printer, and if I used a template for a specialty paper(i.e.: Avery 2-up postcard), it would print out correctly. I am now using Vista w/Office 2003 & an HP Officejet 7310, and I can't get anything to print right. I am using a Publisher Template to print out my business cards on micro-perfed business card stock (2 across & 5 down), but no matter how I change the background size, change margins on the Layout Guide or Page Settings, it prints slightly off. My business cards have a background that goes to the edge. Furthermore, I can't just use stock template settings, I have to print it out, lay it over the specialty paper, note changes, make adjustments, print it out & start the whole process over again until I get it right - if I can get it right. I am wasting so much time, paper & ink! Has anyone else figured out how to get it to use the page srint settings, not the printer settings or trying to use both?     - Border Using Publisher 2003 using any blank publication. I put a border around the publication (business card for example) and make it red. Although I can see it in my .pub file, when I save it as a jpeg, I am missing the border at the bottom and right side only.     - Sending as Email Forward Problems I created a newsletter using Publisher 2007. When I am finished with it my boss forwards my email (taking off all of the hearder information) and forwards to the entire company. With my previous boss this was never a problem. She had Office 2003, with my new boss, on a new computer, still Office 2003, when she forwards the email, the images are now off from the text, extra spaces are seen, etc. It is definitely not as clean as it was.     - Cannot open 2007 Publisher file. I have the publisher file that is giving me the following message whenever I open it. "Publisher has detected a problem in the file your are trying to open. If you are certain that this file came from a trusted source and does not contain harmful information, click OK. If you recevied this file from another machine or person and are not sure the contents are safe, click Cancel." If I click OK the file opens and nothings is wrong with it. If I save it with a different name it still gives the same message. This file was created on my network and was fine during creation. The only difference since the last time it was open is that we have upgraded our file server to a new machine. Other publisher files in the same folder and created at the same time are fine. I found several A2 templates withing Pub 2007. If you click on New -
Envelopes - and then select Microsoft Office Online templates, look at
those. Several are for A2 envelopes. C6 is also about the same as A2. You
could try that.

Thank you. I checked and I do see a couple of A2 templates I can use.
However, I still need the A7 for the outer envelope of my invitation.
