In print from the Pub trifold template, the printed output is skewed. A line
at the first fold (11/3 in) prints to the right by about a 1/4in and the
second fold prints about 1/2in to right meaning the far right of the trifold
is pushed to the right edge.

I've played with margins in almost any combination and still get the problem.

This happens on Pub2003 and Pub2000. Any printer and also pdf show it.

Appreciate your help.

Usually it is the right margin on a landscape publication that is unprintable,
this is a limitation of your printer. What version Publisher are you using?

Mary,
Thanks for the response. I've tried using both Pub 2000 and Pub XP (2003?).
I just looked at the bottom margin on my printer and it is 0.583 with the
others 0.13 for landscape. I guess bottom is really right margin on the
landscape type, I have a new HP6540 ptinter and will look at HP site for
info. If any I'll report it here.

So to solve this, we need to anticpate the margins for printing when
generating the Pub file. This is especially true if creating a pdf gile and
printing elsewhere. Should we then set the Arrange/Layout margins to the
maximum we expect to see on the printers that will be printing it? Or should
we use a cutom page size? like 10x8?

Thanks,
RON C

I have a workaround on my web site, a bit convoluted, but when you have a margin
as large as yours (.583) it maybe worth a look.

Scroll down below the stars.

Mary,

Thanks again. I now need to peruse your files.

Interesting site you have. I passed the url to a few people who live in
"Office",
