Start Menu shortcut doesn't work

I pinned to start menu on Vista, worked for a while now just won't open
Publisher, and I have to go into C:\Program Files to find it to access it
Anyone know a way to get the shortcut working again ?

Re-pin it to the start menu from there.

Why not put Publisher on the quick launch Taskbar?
