Some page numbers disappear

I'm printing a 16 page Publisher newsletter from a template. When I print the
pages individually, everything is ok. When I print the whole document at
once, some of the pages numbers at the bottom disappear.

Nothing that I've changed. When I print each page individually, the page
numbers at the bottom all appear perfectly. But when I tell it to print pages
1-16, some of the page numbers remain, others disappear. And on some, the
word "page" disappears but the actual number remains.
