    - sort problems Using Publisher 2000 and mail merge - large input excel files - sort sequence is crucial but does not hold. Doing a 20K pice mailing and addresses print out in basically no sequence at all - I've broken database down to 2000 names at a time - it will print 10 in sequence, skip 20, print 10 in sequence, skip 10 then eventually goes back and randomly picks up skipped addresses.     - Changing Autocorrect Language I recently began using Office 2003, and am having trouble getting the Autocorrect language to work consistently in Publisher for text that is English (Canada). Note that in all other Office programs, the Autocorrect language used for Canadian English is English (U.K.). However, when I open a document in Publisher, the Autocorrect Options come up in English (U.S.). Butâ?¦if I select any text that is formatted as English (U.K.), Publisher then begins autocorrecting Canadian English using English (U.K.). This only applies to the Autocorrect Options, not the spell check, as there is a separate Canadian English dictionary for spelling, and the text is correctly defined as Canadian English Iâ??ve tried changing regional settings on Windows â?? which seemed to control Autocorrect in earlier versions of Publisher â?? and Iâ??ve tried altering Office language settings in the Office Tools, but Publisher keeps switching the Autocorrect dictionary it uses for Canadian English.     - Custom Cards-and Mail (Catalog?) Merge I am trying to set up a template for a custom name card-3.125" x 2.125" . Each of these cards will have different names on it (Mr. Bill Smith, Ms. Mary Jones, etc..) and all the cards will have the same detail on them-(ie: Company Name and Venue) . I was able to set up the card template but I am having trouble merging the 650 names that are now in Excel format. It seems that I end up with a sheet of 6 cards all with the same name, so that I would have to print 650 sheets--each sheet having the same name on it. Where am I going wrong? What I want is 6 individual names per sheet and each sheet having the border lines on it so that each sheet can be cut into 6 cards-3.125 x 2.125 afterwards. Please advise.     - publisher can not import picture - says publisher can not convert. My Dell xp computer was reformatted and I reinstalled my publisher 2000. I can not now import a jpg or any other like into my pages. I installed it on another computer and the program works fine. I can import a photo into my word program. After about 300 copies, missing lines start to appear in my printed document in a few places. The problem I am having now is that I don't know how to get the hyperlinks to work in the pdf so that when someone opens the attachment they can click on it and be taken to that specific site.     - Losing my mind in Publisher 2003! When I publish to web I get question marks in my text boxes wherever there are more than one space, or an apostrophe. I also get a load of them when I use the TAB feature. I'm running XP Pro, 2.4GHz, 512 RAM, plenty of HD space, and hi-speed inet.     - Not able to use all fonts :'( Hi, I've tried this both on US english version and localized, with all combination on US english operating systems and localized, Windows XP and Windows 2003, but the result is the same. If I want to change a font of the text, I select the text, and in the font drop down I select the desired one (with correct preview). However, the text remains unchanged, the font in the drop down remains the last one, only the selected font is moved in front of the drop down list. I can solve it by using te WordArt for some headings, but this couldn't be done for most other things. I have managed that inserting the symbols one by one of the font I want works well and the text is in that font. You know writing whole text with Insert Symbol is unacceptable. Is this known bug? Have many, mnay truetype fonts installed on the system All my truetype fonts show up in fonts list under MS Word, Excel, etc. I have a web site that I created using one of the MS Publisher templates. The problem: When I open the web site that I created (opne the .pub file) to edit it, only a few fonts show up in the drop-down list.     - Mail Merge Double Sided Postcard -change print order Trying to print a postcard (4 per sheet) which has merged data on both sides. After printing side one, I cannot figure out how to reset the order of the four quadrants so that the address on side 2 prints corresponding to the person's name on side 1. The Printer Propeties Layout tab has a multi-page option that allows for changing the print order of the four quadrants, which is what I need to be able to do, but can ONLY seem to do if choosing the multipage feature, which is not what I want because that merely shrinks the four quadrants down. There has to be a way. I'm using an Epson 4000, if that matters. My research of this print order dilemma has been going on for days, and I'm exasperated. Any help would be appreciated!
