my dsl is slow BellSouth told me to go to Local Lan Settings and make sure not
boxes where checked then go to General Tab and delete files button under the
Temporary Internet Files. I can't seem to find this either.
Can you help me.

I think you are in the wrong newsgroup. This one has to do with the program
Microsoft Publisher, for desk-top publishing. You want a forum that deals with
Internet Explorer.

Maybe the following info will get you started...

For the LAN settings...
go to...Control Panel / Internet Options /
Connections tab / LAN Settings button...

For the temp files, read the following article:
