I am not able to view or print my document in color. On the screen in the
"working" mode it is correct but when I click "view" pr "print preview" it is
not in color.

Have you actually tried printing? Publisher 2007's print preview is
buggy on some HP printers and will only display black and white.

Oh, and you are using a colour printer, right?

HP printer? Select another printer and see if you can get a correct preview. You
don't need the physical printer to install the driver.
There is the generic commercial printer and the Image Setter. Open the printers
folder, file, Add printer, Click Add a local printer, Click Printer Port LPT1,
Scroll down to Generic, select one of the printers. Click Windows Update.
