I made a Church Directory on my Microsoft Office 2000 professional Publisher.
Then I took it to a friend to proof read and fix mistakes. She uses publisher
2003. She loaded it on her computerand corrected it. It ask if we wanted to
save it in the 2000 format and we said yes. But when I got home it would not
load back on my computer. it gave a error message. What can we do to fix it
so I can put it back on my computer?bevellj

What was the error message?

If there are many images involved it could be the reason the file won't open.
Turn off *Detailed display* in the View, pictures. Publisher 2000 did not use
compression the way later versions do.
Another problem could be your anti-virus software, especially Norton.
