    - Objects & Line Colors Do Not Display Properly in Publisher 2003 Help! The Office Support department will not provide any help since we are a school and our version of Office (2003 Professional) is a volume licensed version. As a school we cannot afford to pay for support, so I am desperately hoping that someone might have the answer to my question. When I draw an object in Publisher (rectangle, oval, etc.) no line appears around the object--only the handles. When I look at the settings for the object, all of the options appear normal except for the line color which is blank. Changing the line color has no effect and the preview box is also blank. Border art works fine. In addition, inserting objects such as clip art or images results in a blank object. The graphics manager shows the thumbnail, but the object will not print or show on the screen. All of the other Office products are working fine. I have tried repairing my copy of Office with no help. Other systems in my lab that are set up in a similar manner are not having the same problem. Could it be a settings issue?     - sending email newsletter If I am understanding the instructions correctly, I should be able to go to File, then Send E-Mail, and then do various things (e-mail preview, send this page as mesage, etc.) When I point to the Send E-mail, the only option I have is: Send Publication as Attachment. No other options are available. I am trying out publisher because I want to use it to send out an email newsletter, not as an attachment but as one that opens directly in the email.     - Pub upgrade I just upgraded to Publisher 2003 from Pub v3.0 and seem to have lost the ability to display all of the components in the publication (a brochure). I saved it as a newer version and the graphics, geometric shapes, and a line map do not appear on the monitor. Yet they all print just as they did in the older format.     - The file *.pub cannot be opened. Access privileges have not been given. One of my client's can not open any Publisher(.pub) files on her PC. She is receiving the following error message: The file C:\Docs&Settings\username\Desktop\filename.pub cannot be opened. Access privileges have not been given. Now, I am fairly certain that this has something to with either her user rights/permissions and/or group/local policy. I just can't seem to pinpoint exactly where the problem exists. I have even temporarily added the user to every admin group within AD and still nothing. I know it has to be something directly related to her AD account because I can login to her PC with my domain admin account and open the same file in Publisher without any problem. I am running a Windows 2000 Server as the PDC. Her machine is running Windows 2000 Professional. Any help or links that may help would be much appreciated.     - Format paragraphs and keep last line with same line space I use shift-enter to end a line until I get to the end of a paragraph when I press Enter/ Return. This results in both display and print copies with a larger line space for the last line of the paragraph and makes the whole thing look uneven.     - crop marks on a two sided print I need to print on two sides (20 copies of an 8cm x 5cm business card on a sheet of A3). I need the crop marks on the first side, but not on the other as they do not line up properly however, if I disable the crop marks publisher 'helpfully' closes up the gaps and increases the number of copies per sheet on this side....     - right-to-left page order I created a booklet and would like to change the order to a righ-to-left order (like a hebrew book). The document has both English and Hebrew in it and my computer's language setting is alreay set up for right-to-left languages. It's not the creation of the file, I'll bet you're talking about the
printing. Does your printer print full bleed?
