Importing photos into Picture Frame

I have formatted a page with Picture frames and when I insert the photo from
file I want it to be sized to the size of the picture frame.Is there a way
that you can set it to adjust the size of the photo rather than adjusting
the size of the picture frame?

any need for an excellent feature like that.
Wayne, who the hell do you think you are even thinking about features you
may want when Microsoft has spoken and removed these features we used to
have in Publisher <shaking head in disbelief at what some people think -
