Try an Office Diagnostic under Help.
Have you created any custom color schemes? Do they work? If you have created
custom schemes, delete them, see if that helps. They are called *custcols.scm*
They are in a folder similar to this: (Hidden)(In the Control Panel, Folder
Options, View tab, check *Show hidden files and folders)
