Kamran,
I assume you mean Project Server when you say "project central". If
that's what you mean, you will probably get a better response by posting
to our sister newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server.
Generally speaking, it is not possible to "lock out" users from parts of
a project file. However, if what you have is a consolidated master, the
users will only be able to see their individual subprojects if they do
NOT have access to the master itself.
